Terms of Service

    Last updated: January 2026

These terms govern your use of localboostt.com ("the site") and the services provided by Local Boost. By using the site or engaging us for services, you agree to these terms.

    Our services

Local Boost provides Google Business Profile optimization, local SEO, reputation management, and related digital marketing services for small businesses. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for a given engagement are described in the plan or proposal we agree to with you.

    Client responsibilities

    • Provide accurate business information and grant the access we need (for example, Google Business Profile manager access) to perform the work.
    • Respond promptly to review requests so campaigns aren't delayed.
    • Ensure any content, images, or assets you provide are yours to share.

    Payment

Fees, billing cycles, and refund terms are set out in the plan or proposal agreed to with each client. Recurring services continue month-to-month unless cancelled in writing before the next billing period.

    Results and expectations

Local SEO results depend on many factors outside our control, including Google's own ranking systems, competitors' activity, category, and location. We work using proven best practices and share progress transparently, but we can't guarantee specific rankings, call volumes, or revenue. Any future performance examples must identify their scope and evidence, and they would not promise the same result for another business.

    Intellectual property

Content on this site — including copy, graphics, and the Local Boost brand — is owned by Local Boost. Deliverables we create for you as part of a paid engagement (such as profile descriptions, posts, and images) become yours to use once fully paid for. We may reference the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

    Third-party platforms

Our services often involve third-party platforms such as Google Business Profile, Google Maps, and Google Search. We are not affiliated with Google, and access to those platforms is subject to their own terms and policies.

    Cancellation

You can cancel a recurring engagement by contacting us in writing before your next billing date. Work already performed and time already spent is not refundable.

    Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Local Boost's total liability for any claim related to the site or our services is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

    Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the site or services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
